Jpeg files that are uploaded are presented on screen in a very small format, with the result that HQ staff cannot read them. No doubt this will be corrected in future versions, but there are workarounds available in the meantime.

• Scan (or photograph) the left- and right-hand pages separately. The images are still small, but are just about legible.

• Scan (or photograph) both pages together, open the image, and then print it as a pdf file, and upload that as evidence

• Scan (or photograph) both pages together, save the jpeg file, and then insert it into a Word document created for that purpose. Finally upload the Word document as evidence.

But note that these various files will not be available for the Achievement Pack - only photographs will appear in the gallery from which selections are made.
